From hand-selecting and priming each board to UV printing, laser cutting (30-60 minutes per puzzle!), and assembling handcrafted wooden boxes, every step is done by skilled hands. No two puzzles are exactly alike—our process ensures that each one carries its own unique character.

📦Shipping Package Damage:
I just received my order, and the packaging looks as if the UPS|FEDEX|USPS team played football with it. What should I do if my shipping package appears damaged?
What to Watch For: Crushed boxes, Torn packaging or Signs of rough handling.
- Take a couple of pictures of the outer packaging box; one should clearly show the tracking label so we can claim insurance.
- Inspect your puzzle. Chances are it will still be in perfect condition.
- To proceed with the claim, you have a reporting window of within 3 days of delivery. If necessary, please reach out to me via Email to info@whatawoodwork.com using your order number as subject line.

If after reading our artisan's manifesto, you still feel compelled to file a claim, take a deep breath (I've got you!) and follow our warranty process:
- Reporting Window: Within 1 month of purchase
- Coverage includes manufacturing defects, unexpected puzzle piece issues, and printing or cutting anomalies.

- Proof of purchase
- 2-3 clear, well-lit photos
- Detailed description of the issue
- Your puzzle's unique details (size, piece count)

Have you just noticed an issue with a puzzle and you are well beyond the one-month reception window? Don't worry! Although we cannot replace your puzzle, I will do my utmost to assist you. In the worst-case scenario, I may advise on creative puzzle modifications and share helpful techniques for managing minor imperfections.
