First, choose the size of your puzzle and place your order. Then, send us your high-resolution photo via email at info@whatawoodwork.com and use your order number as a reference. We will promptly contact you and if needed to crop or modify, we will provide a draft for your approval by the next business day. Please be sure to check your spam folder just in case!
Note that we use advanced wood laser cut tech and top-quality craftsmanship. There may be some black residue on the product, easily cleaned with a damp rag. Expect a pleasant smoky scent that fades over time.
ABOUT THE PUZZLE:
You'll receive a custom wooden keepsake box with your image on the lid. The puzzle will be unassembled and bagged. Use the box as a reference and keep it as a keepsake if you frame your work.

ABOUT YOUR PICTURE:
For clear and detailed prints, send original high-resolution photos via email. Avoid blurry prints by not using images downloaded from social media platforms.
We recommend providing images with a resolution of 150-300 DPI or larger than 1MB in size, in PNG, PDF, or JPEG format. We'll contact you to verify and provide format and resolution samples for your approval. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are not currently able to modify images in any way.

- We'll Check Your Photo: Our team will review your photo and confirm its suitability for puzzle creation.

Photo Tips
- Use a High-Quality Image: Choose a clear, sharp photo with a good variety of colors and textures. Avoid using blurry photos from social media.
- Bigger is Better: Aim for a file size of at least 1MB and a resolution of 150-300 DPI.
- Common File Formats: PNG, PDF, or JPEG are accepted.
Processing and Shipping
- Production Time: Allow approximately 2 weeks for your puzzle to be handcrafted.
- Shipping Time: US shipping takes 5+ days, with international shipping times varying.
- Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number when your puzzle is shipped.
Customizations
- No Modifications: Unfortunately, we cannot add text, alter backgrounds, or make collages to your photos. We print your image "as is."
Returns
- Stock Items: If you're not satisfied with your standard puzzle, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $15 USD) unless there is an error on our part.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the puzzle itself.
