How to Order

  1. Choose Your Size: Select from our range of sizes to suit your preference and budget.
  2. Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button to place your puzzle in your cart.
  3. Upload Your Photo: Attach your photo using the provided upload form. Ensure it's clear, sharp, and at least 1MB in size.
  4. Confirm Your Order: Review your order details and make any necessary adjustments before completing the purchase.
  5. Email Us Your Photo: Send your photo to info@whatawoodwork.com, including your order number for identification.
  6. We'll Check Your Photo: Our team will review your photo and confirm its suitability for puzzle creation.

What's in the Box

  • Your Custom Puzzle: The finished puzzle, meticulously crafted with your chosen photo on the lid of the box.
  • Wooden Box: A sturdy wooden box to store and display your puzzle, featuring your personalized design.
  • Puzzle Pieces: All the pieces of your puzzle, neatly packed inside the box.

Photo Tips

  • Use a High-Quality Image: Choose a clear, sharp photo with a good variety of colors and textures. Avoid using blurry photos from social media.
  • Bigger is Better: Aim for a file size of at least 1MB and a resolution of 150-300 DPI.
  • Common File Formats: PNG, PDF, or JPEG are accepted.

Processing and Shipping

  • Production Time: Allow approximately 2 weeks for your puzzle to be handcrafted.
  • Shipping Time: US shipping takes 5+ days, with international shipping times varying.
  • Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number when your puzzle is shipped.

Customizations

  • No Modifications: Unfortunately, we cannot add text, alter backgrounds, or make collages to your photos. We print your image "as is."

Returns

  • Stock Items: If you're not satisfied with your standard puzzle, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $15 USD) unless there is an error on our part.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the puzzle itself.
