Customizations
- No Modifications: Unfortunately, we cannot add text, alter backgrounds, or make collages to your photos. We print your image "as is."
Returns
- Stock Items: If you're not satisfied with your standard puzzle, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $15 USD) unless there is an error on our part.
