ABOUT THE PUZZLE:
You will receive a beautifully handcrafted wooden keepsake box with your image printed on the lid and inside your puzzle will come unassembled and bagged. Use the standing box as an easy-to-see image reference and save it as a keepsake if you decide to frame your work.

ABOUT YOUR PICTURE:
Make sure your picture has a high image resolution. Cell phone shots are usually okay as long as the file is sent from the original device to our email. This way, you should be able to zoom in and still have a defined and detailed image quality that we can use for printing. Please help us capture your memories in detail by avoiding downloading images from social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc), as these tend to print out blurry.
The suggested resolution is 150-300 DPI or more than 1MB. Image files can be PNG, PDF, or JEPG, contact us if you've questions.
PS A human (me, Paola) will pre-approve your photo resolution and puzzle format before we get to work on your order.
How to Order
- Choose Your Size: Select from our range of sizes to suit your preference and budget.
- Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button to place your puzzle in your cart.
- Upload Your Photo: Attach your photo using the provided upload form. Ensure it's clear, sharp, and at least 1MB in size.
- Confirm Your Order: Review your order details and make any necessary adjustments before completing the purchase.
- Email Us Your Photo: Send your photo to info@whatawoodwork.com, including your order number for identification.
- We'll Check Your Photo: Our team will review your photo and confirm its suitability for puzzle creation.
What's in the Box

Photo Tips
- Use a High-Quality Image: Choose a clear, sharp photo with a good variety of colors and textures. Avoid using blurry photos from social media.
- Bigger is Better: Aim for a file size of at least 1MB and a resolution of 150-300 DPI.
- Common File Formats: PNG, PDF, or JPEG are accepted.
Processing and Shipping
- Production Time: Allow approximately 2 weeks for your puzzle to be handcrafted.
- Shipping Time: US shipping takes 5+ days, with international shipping times varying.
- Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number when your puzzle is shipped.
Customizations
- No Modifications: Unfortunately, we cannot add text, alter backgrounds, or make collages to your photos. We print your image "as is."
Returns
- Stock Items: If you're not satisfied with your standard puzzle, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $15 USD) unless there is an error on our part.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the puzzle itself.
