A FEW NOTES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE,
1) We utilize state-of-the-art wood laser cutting technology and the finest craftsmanship to create a unique experience. A small amount of black residue may be present, which can be easily cleaned with a damp rag.
2) Our bases are carefully hand-stained, painted, and glued. You may notice a slight paint smell from the wood stain when you receive your mini-puzzle. It is harmless and will fade over time. To ensure the best quality, we vacuum-seal each puzzle before shipping, which may prevent it from airing out during transit. However, the smell will disappear once you open it.

- Upload Your Photo: Attach your photo using the provided upload form. Ensure it's clear, sharp, and at least 1MB in size.
- Confirm Your Order: Review your order details and make any necessary adjustments before completing the purchase.
- Email Us Your Photo: Send your photo to info@whatawoodwork.com, including your order number for identification.
- We'll Check Your Photo: Our team will review your photo and confirm its suitability for puzzle creation.

Photo Tips
- Use a High-Quality Image: Choose a clear, sharp photo with a good variety of colors and textures. Avoid using blurry photos from social media.
- Bigger is Better: Aim for a file size of at least 1MB and a resolution of 150-300 DPI.
- Common File Formats: PNG, PDF, or JPEG are accepted.
Processing and Shipping
- Production Time: Allow approximately 2 weeks for your puzzle to be handcrafted.
- Shipping Time: US shipping takes 5+ days, with international shipping times varying.
- Tracking Information: You'll receive a tracking number when your puzzle is shipped.
Customizations
- No Modifications: Unfortunately, we cannot add text, alter backgrounds, or make collages to your photos. We print your image "as is."
Returns
- Stock Items: If you're not satisfied with your standard puzzle, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost (approximately $15 USD) unless there is an error on our part.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect in the puzzle itself.
